Insaff is a society change maker. Cross-cultural woman born and raised between France and Africa, she is a passionate advocate for women rights and diversity.
Top international Lawyer for the banking industry, she has been practicing for a decade within top law firms, investment firms and the public sector (French Embassy).
Spearhead of the Lean In movement in France, she is the founder, director and board chair of Lean In France, official French & francophone hub of the Sheryl Sandberg and Dave Goldberg Family Foundation, a non profit organization that works toward empowering women in the workplace. Determined to close the gender wage gap, Insaff has leveraged on her experience as a Lawyer to design a workshop on salary negotiation she is facilitating in France and worldwide (Africa, Europe, Pakistan, India, USA).
Insaff is also the founder and head of She Loves Tech France, the world largest international start up competition that aims to promote technology by women and technology for women.
